Start your day with purpose and intention creating energy that will help set the tone of the rest of your day! Enjoy a carefully paced flow in this wrist and knee friendly class. As you move breath to movement you will gently building strength and flexibility while also cultivating a sense of calm. In this mindful class modifications will be suggested based on the level and needs of the participants to make the practice exactly what you need at that very point in time. No experience necessary.
