Restore with Singing Bowls, Monday, 5:30 pm - 6:45

Escape from the busy-ness of the holidays and relieve stress with this special class that uses the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls to move energy through your whole body. Singing bowls vibrate the body at a cellular level and help to balance and bring the body back to a natural state of resonance and harmony. Allow yourself to fully relax in supported restorative yoga poses while the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls fill the room to create a soothing soundscape designed to help bring you into a deeper state of relaxation. During this session the Tibetan singing bowl may be placed on your body to help gently penetrate and activate your chakras, remove blockages and stimulate the body’s natural state of self-healing. This class is perfect for everyone, especially those struggling with injury, inflammatory conditions, and stress or those just wanting to relax, both mentally and physically.
