Classes are led by Cafe Namaste , Samantha Reynolds (founder) and the team of seasoned instructors including Joy Scola.

Rooftop Ocean Terrace at the Nautilus Sonesta: Classes will be held on the exclusive rooftop ocean terrace. Please walk through the main lobby to the rear elevator (on your left) up to the top floor. For questions, please ask the front desk or concierge.
About the Instructors:
Samantha Reynolds : Samantha Reynolds is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher with a deep commitment to helping individuals discover inner peace and holistic well-being through the practice of yoga. As the founder of Cafe Namaste , she brings her unique blend of expertise and inspiration. With a background in various yoga disciplines and a dedication to mindfulness and self-care, Samantha's teaching style is inclusive and accessible to both beginners and seasoned yogis. Her classes are known for their soothing yet invigorating flow, providing a space for participants to connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits.
Joy Scola : Originally from California, Joy blends a variety of modalities, leaving space for healing while bringing a lighthearted, playful vibe to her teachings. With her background in trauma-informed Hatha, Yin, and Acro Yoga, she weaves styles to create a unique, intentional experience that leaves you feeling strengthened, refreshed, and grounded. She aims to raise the vibration of the planet by sharing the light of Yoga with each individual in her classes.
Policies:
-Classes will be held rain or shine, and will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.
-No refunds or transfer of tickets.
-Please bring your own mat.
