Parin has over 14 years of experience in a wide range of tax services, especially tax restructuring, transactional tax advisory, and tax advisory in connection with market entry to Thailand or outbound investment, including incentive regimes. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Parin was a tax associate director at one of the Big 4 in Thailand. Parin advises many Thai listed companies on cross-border transactions involving countries in the EU, North America, and APAC. He is one of the team leaders collaborating with the Revenue Department on the IBC tax incentive regime, where Parin has meaningful insights that could be shared.

Rani has over 11 years of experience providing tax advisory services to multinational corporations and regional groups. Her expertise includes international tax advisory, personal income tax advisory, M&A tax structuring, corporate income tax, withholding tax, and cross-border tax planning. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Rani served as a tax manager in Thailand and an assistant manager in Singapore with Big Four firms. She has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including energy, financial services, technology, e-commerce, online travel, logistics and transportation, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail and consumer products, food and beverage, and trading.
