All about sessions & what you can expect
A focused yoga program open to both beginners and intermediate practitioners. Over 20 sessions a month, you`ll build a strong foundation, refine posture alignment, breath-led transitions, and develop a steady, sustainable practice — whether you`re on the mat (Offline) or joining from home (Online).
Each session includes a warm-up, standing and floor sequences, pranayama, and a short relaxation close.
About the Instructor
Nitu Yadav is a certified yoga instructor, trained in Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Props Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yogic Concepts, Anatomy, Yogic Diet, Basic & Advance Asanas, Chakra Healing. Classes focus on functional movement, breath-led flow, therapeutic alignment, Weight Management, PCOS, PCOD, Irregular periods.
