You’ll be wrapped in an intimate soundscape with SOUND OFF™ noise-canceling headsets, letting the waves and crystal bowls meet you in stillness. Alchemy happens in small moments: the breath that softens, the page that opens, the water that carries it all away.

Mats provided. Please bring your journal and a towel for the dip.
