Join us every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 7:45 to start your day with gentle, energizing yoga. Roll straight from bed onto the mat and experience how morning yoga can positively affect your day.
This inclusive class focuses on feel-good stretches and nourishing movements to awaken the body and mind. All levels welcome.
About our teacher
Julia is a + 600 hrs certified holistic yoga instructor with a background in well-being, movement, and creativity education. She has been sharing her love for yoga, wellness and art at Absalon through regular classes and weekend workshops for the past 3 years. She creates a welcoming space where everyone can feel comfortable to grow and thrive in their practice.
