Come join me for a fun and challenging workout at Candy Cane Park! I do the Murph Challenge every year as way to honor my friend, LT. Michael P. Murphy, a United States Navy SEAL officer who was awarded the U.S. military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the War in Afghanistan.The Murph Challenge is a great way to test your strength and endurance while honoring our military heroes. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this event is for everyone. Grab your friends and family and get ready to push yourself to the limit - we will have a modified Murph for kids 10 and up. See you there!
