After two successful and impactful Career Fairs, we’re excited to partner once again with Berkeley Springs High School for our Third Annual Morgan County Career Fair!
This event is about much more than hiring - it’s about opening minds, sparking curiosity, and helping students explore the wide range of career paths and opportunities available right here in Morgan County.
Whether your business is actively hiring or simply wants to share what a career in your field looks like, your presence matters. Students benefit most from learning:
• What skills are needed in your industry
• What training or education helps
• What a typical day looks like
• What opportunities might exist down the road
Sometimes that leads to future employees… and sometimes it simply helps a student see a possibility they hadn’t considered yet. Both outcomes matter.
