The Morehead City Christmas Parade will be held on Dec. 12, 2026 - and you can now apply to participate!
This is a free community event, and the parade viewing area will be held along the south side of Arendell Street, between S. 17th and S. 6th streets. The parade begins at 11 a.m., with staging and set up taking place throughout the morning.
Those who are interested in participating in the parade this year must watch a brief safety video and read all of the parade rules and regulations before applying. The deadline for applications is 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 2 and no late applications will be accepted. You only need one person from each entry to apply.
