More Than a Will: Where Estate Planning Meets Your Money
About this Event
You have worked hard, set money aside for retirement, and made thoughtful decisions about your future. You may already have a will or trust in place.
But do all the pieces work together?
Is your trust properly funded? Are your home and financial accounts titled the way you intended? Do your beneficiary designations support your estate plan? Have you considered how tax planning may affect your retirement income and what ultimately passes to the people you love?
These are important questions, yet they are often overlooked when estate planning, investments, taxes, and retirement are considered separately.
More Than a Will: Where Estate Planning Meets Your Money
📅 Wednesday, October 7, 2026
🕕 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
📍 Prescott Public Library
215 E. Goodwin Street, Prescott, Arizona
During our hour together, we will begin with wills, trusts, and what probate can involve here in Arizona. We will then use the Five Cornerstones of Financial Planning to explore how your estate plan connects with your home, savings, investments, tax planning, retirement income, and the people you want to protect.
You will learn how a decision made in one area of your financial life can affect several others, what connections may need a closer look, and what questions you should be asking.
This workshop is for you whether you already have an estate plan, are preparing to create one, or simply want to understand how your financial and estate-planning decisions fit together. You are welcome to attend on your own or bring your spouse, an adult child, another family member, or a friend.
A workbook will be provided, along with plenty of room for notes. Just bring yourself and your curiosity.
Seating is limited, so please reserve your free seat in advance.
This is an educational event only. Nothing will be sold during the event.
