More Than A Vision Board Workshop

Join us for an interactive and inspiring event where you'll learn how to manifest your dreams into reality and take home tools you can use!! You will also take home a canvas vison board you will create to hang on your wall as a visual reminder of what you are calling in!! This workshop goes beyond just creating a vision board; we will be setting intentions and learning stratigies to create clarity on what we truly desire and learn how to manifest it. We will teach you breathing exercises, Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) techniques, visualization strategies , mindfulness meditation and some fun movement of the physical body. We will help you create actionable steps to get what you most desire, truly believing in the power of your intentions and goals.
