Welcome to an evening’s supper club with More Joy x á bloc, where the heat of Sichuan and the depth of Xinjiang collide with the raw, bold spirit of the North. A menu curated by Sam and Niall of More Joyand Isabella—Head Chef of á bloc in Altrincham—this supper club is all about pushing boundaries and colliding two worlds to create something pretty spectacular. Think smoky, charred skewers, melt-in-your-mouth braised pork belly, and plates that playfully riff on á bloc’s brunch roots, but with a seriously indulgent twist.
