Hello Cruisers!! It is that time of year again!! Bring Cruising Back to 12th Street is teaming up with the Moore Love students at MHS, to help raise money for the local charities that they have chosen this year!!
Moore Love is a group of students that spend the school year raising money for MPS approved local charities. I have been working with them for a couple years now, and you all have came through in a big way with your donations!!
I am so proud to announce that my favorite charity that we have helped, Bridges of Moore, has successfully finished their housing project that we helped raise some money for!! The project is for housing homeless students and helping them with what they need to finish school. Great job Moore Love, and to all who helped!!
Here is a list of this year's charities. Please roll in and help in anyway that you can!!
The groups we are working with this year are:
Oklahoma national food bank: food bank that distributes pre packaged food all across Oklahoma. They are the reason Moore love started.
Moore faith medical: this is a clinic in Moore that allows people who can’t afford health care to walk in and get the care they need completely for free.
Moore fire department Santa express: where the fire department will buy clothes, toys, and other goods for kids and families who can’t afford to have a Christmas this year
Okc relief center: the okc relief center is a place where kids, teens, adults, and elders can all walk in and grab what they are needing from clothes to food to simple toiletries for completely free.
