Moontower Project Tour

Don't miss the MoonTower tour with our very own Omar Bailey from Shepley Bulfinch on Friday, November 8 th from noon-1pm!

Explore the new addition to the Roosevelt Row Art District. A project that invites the community to gather and blurs the line between a public and private lobby. This project meets LEED Silver standards and aligns with Phoenix's Walkable Urban Code and Sustainability Bonus System. Experience well-lit shaded pedestrian areas, permeable pavers, bike parking, art installations, and more!

We will meet outside the main entry at 12pm noon sharp and walk through the level 24 amenity spaces, a couple of different units, the amenity spaces on level 9, and then finish with a walk-through the lobby.

Metered parking is available along the street.
