As Moonshadow Collective prepares to close its storefront on Main Street, we gather one final time in this beloved space for an immersive Summer Solstice tea ritual centered on resilience, reflection, and carrying light forward into new seasons.
Gathered around steaming cups of rare tea, we will explore floral herbs, solar spices, local honey, and the shifting energy of the Summer Solstice through ritual, reflection, tea tasting, intuitive blending, and craft. Moonstone, candlelight, oracle cards, and like-hearted community will shape this intimate gathering as we honor resilience, transformation, and the radiant ways we carry light forward through change.
During this immersive ritual, we will explore the stories, energetics, and correspondences of teas, herbs, spices, and honey connected to the Summer Solstice and lunar ritual work. Guests will experience rare teas including Pai Mu Tan, a delicate white tea, and Tamaryokucha, a vibrant green tea, while exploring herbs and spices associated with illumination, resilience, intuition, and transformation.
As part of the experience, each guest will intuitively create their own custom tea blend to take home in a cork-topped apothecary jar while enjoying a prepared cup of their blend during the ritual itself. Guests will also craft a moonwater vessel inspired by Moonshadow and the spirit of carrying ritual beyond physical walls. Each moonwater jar will be filled with local spring water and intended to later rest beneath the June 29 Full Moon, extending the ritual beyond the storefront and into the next season waiting to unfold. These vessels become a continuation of the gathering long after the storefront closes - a reflection of resilience, remembrance, and the magic that community carries forward.
