Experience the harmonious blend of movement and creativity in our 60-minute Yoga class set amidst the inspiring surroundings of the art gallery. This unique session invites you to connect with your body and breath while surrounded by thought-provoking artwork, creating a space for introspection and expression.
Bring your mat, a water, an open heart, and a willingness to explore the creativity within and around you.

What to Expect:
- Warm-Up: Begin with gentle stretches to awaken your body and mind, focusing on breath awareness while absorbing the artistic atmosphere.
- Flow Sequence: Engage in a dynamic flow that seamlessly integrates strength and flexibility. Together, we will explore a variety of poses, encouraging mindfulness and a deeper connection to the present moment. Each transition will be guided by your breath, allowing you to find your own rhythm.
