Calling all besties! 💖 Grab your BFF (or come solo and make new ones!) for a cozy, fun-filled overnight retreat designed to bring laughter, connection, and deep relaxation. This is not just a sleepover—it’s a chance to move, create, reflect, and recharge in the best way possible! We will all be setting up our beds in Your Story Fitness for the night! Get ready for the funnest adult slumber party you ever experienced!!

Expect movement, creativity, meaningful conversations, and a little late-night magic as we bring back the joy of slumber parties—just with a little more self-care and intention.

✔️ Workshops on movement, meditation, communication, and creativity
✔️ Catered dinner (because no one wants to cook at a sleepover!)
✔️ Projector movie night with snacks
✔️ Sleepy-time meditation to wind down
✔️ Continental breakfast & bestie craft before our closing circle

✨ What to Bring:

• Your coziest PJs, blankets, and an air mattress (or anything comfy to sleep on)
• Water bottle & overnight essentials
• A journal, if you like to reflect

Tickets are non refundable, but can be trasnfered to some else.
