Join Megann of Sacred Haven Wellness for a full moon ritual. The October Harvest Moon rises in fiery Aries — a Supermoon illuminating courage, connection, and the sparks we share. In this class, we’ll gather in community to reflect, share, and immerse ourselves in a multi-sensory ritual experience.
Together, we will:
✨ Explore the meaning of the Harvest Moon, Aries fire energy, and how this moon invites us to tend the flame within and around us.
✨ Reflect through journaling with the prompt: What has been dimming my inner flame? Where can I give my flame room to breathe?
✨ Share in small circles to deepen connection and honor the light we carry.
✨ Journey inward with a guided meditation — a story-rich, multi-sensory experience using sound, scent, and visualization to bring you into a moonlit forest and a communal fire.

This class is an invitation to harvest your flame through connection — to your body, to others, and to the energy we create together.
What to Bring:
Please dress comfortably and bring a journal, a yoga mat, blanket, bolster, pillow, or anything you need to be comfortable lying down during the guided meditation journey.
