Come join us for an evening at our New Moon Circle!

Connect with like-minded women and harness the powerful energy of the new moon to aid in releasing the demands of day-to-day life and in receiving clarity and excitement about what you want to create moving forward. This is an invitation to a safe space where you can regulate your nervous system in community with other women through embodiment practices (breathing, meditation, music, stretching, movement and dancing, and journaling). These practices will create the space, silence, and safety in your body to allow yourself to hear the subtle whispers of your desires, envision your dream, set intentions, release expectations, practice gratitude for your blessings, and manifest your desires. Our circle will provide a supportive space for you to create stillness, express yourself, find beauty in life, and embrace the planting of new seeds.

We will come together at the end for sharing our experiences and insights with a warm cup of tea and enjoy the beauty of sisterhood.
