BEEF RENDANG SANDWICH
Beef chunks braised for hours in rendang spices and coconut milk, with lettuce and housemade Indonesian cucumber pickle, sandwiched between soft, toasted brioche buns. Optional: housemade sambal for those who love spicy food.

SPICY GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH
Chicken thigh sous vide with Indonesian spicy herbs and spices, grilled to smoky perfection, with lettuce and housemade Indonesian pickles, between soft toasted brioche buns. Optional: Housemade sambal for those who want it extra spicy.
SIDES
We will have some Moon Man Micro Fries available on site to accompany your sandwich for an additional cost.
DESSERT
We will have a preview of our special dessert for the month of February, also for an additional cost.

Moon Man is a brainchild of Nigel Sielegar, an award-winning designer turned entrepreneur. Moon Man started in 2017 at Queens Night Market as a brand specializing in Southeast Asian desserts and snacks. Over the years, the brand grew into a physical stall inside the ever-popular Chelsea Market. Moon Man has been featured in the New York Times, Food and Wine Magazine, TimeOut, Eater, and many other notable publications.
