Get ready to end your evening with a special themed yoga class. The new moon will be in Cancer, bringing an intuitive, nurturing, and compassionate energy. It offers a cosmic clean slate, allowing us to reset, recharge, and refocus. The new moon's energy is about building and growing, full of hope, possibility, and momentum. During this experience, we will practice movement, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation to help us connect with our inner selves. We will utilize astrology to harness the surrounding energy for our benefit and end with a soothing sound bath to enhance the overall experience! No experience is needed. All are welcome.
Donation-based event (cash, card, PayPal, or Venmo). Come regardless.
We will meet on the Chippewa Ave side of the park to the left of the playground.
Bring water, a yoga mat, and anything else that comforts you. A towel or blanket will be perfect if you don’t have a yoga mat!
