Join Amanda down at the beach at Wassermann Park for 75 minutes of yoga, meditation, and healing under the energy of the moon. We will gather with intention and release what no longer serves us so that we can be the best version of ourselves. All levels are welcome and no prior experience is required. Space is limited. Bring a notebook, pen, and any crystals you enjoy working with.
