The Moon Festival celebrates the autumn harvest with moon cakes lanterns and gratitude for friends and family—a tradition that began with honoring the moon in autumn for the harvest.
Our celebration highlights the importance of Chinese Americans in building Riverside’s citrus industry. Enjoy an evening filled with:

Lion Dance performances by Gió Nam Múa Lân (Southern Wind Lion Dance 南風醒獅團)
Chinese calligraphy demonstrations by Riverside’s Hua Xia Chinese School
