CE5, or Close Encounters Of The 5th Kind, is human-initiated contact and communication with extraterrestrial life, created by Dr. Steven Greer. The concept is based on the idea that human consciousness is connected to the universe, allowing for telepathic communication with extraterrestrials. CE5 involves meditation, sound frequencies, and light signals to make contact with beings that are already around us. The protocol includes sending out communication, requesting contact, and shifting awareness to various levels of consciousness.
