Land Only - 20% per room, balance due 45 days from departure
MOOD VIP Package - $200, then monthly payments (a payment schedule will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit) balance due 45 days from departure. You will be sent a separate cc authorization form to pay your 20% balance. Once paid youwill receive an invoice.

I filled out the form, I Want to Go, What Happens Next?
Land Only Travelers will be sent a Credit Card Authorization via secure link that will allow us to begin making payments.
Land Only Deposit (at a minimum 20% per room) will be paid once the card authorization is completed.

MOOD VIP Package Deposit (at a minimum $200 per person) will become active once the payment is received. Your room booking will become active once you fill out the CC authorization form. You will be sent a separate cc authorization form to pay your 20% balance. Once paid you will receive an invoice.
Payment installments are monthly and conclude 45 days before departure.
You will receive regular emails updating you about the trip, invoices of payments, who you will share your room with, and general information.
Zoom call two weeks prior to the trip with everyone who will be apart of the trip.
Travel Packet via email that will include full detailed resort itinerary, suggested packing list, traveling details, and a few other things to help prepare for your trip.
