I have felt a deep soul calling to create a sacred space for women to intentionally gather together. A space to slow down, to breathe, to feel, to move, to share, to be witnessed, to be held. In this fast-paced modern world, where we are often left feeling disconnected from ourselves and those around us - it’s time to come home to yourself, and step into a space where you can connect authentically with other like-minded women 💫I welcome you to join us in this sacred space, where we will root down, so we can rise up - together. I am going to offer this as a monthly event, the first circle will be held on Friday 7th November. Each month we will be working with a different theme. Expect various rituals & practices to nourish your nervous system - including meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, oracle cards, herbal teas & treats, reflection & sharing.
