Surrender to the soothing sounds and allow yourself to be transported to a state of deep relaxation and healing. The vibrations of Tibetan bowls, ocean drums, shaman drums, Koshi chimes, and tuning forks will release any toxic thoughts held within your chakras

Wear comfortable clothing and find a quiet space to lie down or sit. Feel free to bring your most comfortable blanket from home. We have mat, blankets and pillows available. Be open to the experience and allow it to be uniquely yours.

Relax and let go. Focus on your breath.
