Join Michelle this Fall for a sound bath meditation.
Allow the healing sounds of the crystal bowls melt your stress away and open you to new possibilities and connection.
The space is air conditioned if it is hot, and heated if it is cool.
All are welcome, no mater what.

Pay-What-You-Can - Min $5
Bring a yoga mat, or something to sit/lay on, blankets, pillows, bolsters, or anything else that would make you comfortable.
You can lay down on the floor, or there are chairs available if you prefer/needed.
