Join us for the monthly First Friday Sound Bath at the Breathing Room, designed to help you kickstart your month feeling refreshed and renewed. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the gong, singing bowls, chimes, drum, and other healing instruments as they guide you into deep relaxation. This meditative experience offers a reset for the body and mind, creating space for clarity and renewal. Perfect for releasing stress and setting a calm, centered tone for the month ahead. All are welcome!What to bring: For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and an eye mask. Feel free to bring any items that will help you relax and fully enjoy the sound bath. All are welcome!
