Join us Friday, Jan 31st from 7-8pm for an evening dedicated to relaxation. We’ll start the evening off with a short meditation to allow participants to sink into their senses, transitioning into a calming sound bath. Our sound baths include a variety of instruments, chimes, projected lights, and scents. We ask participants to bring what they need to feel comfortable, as we have limited number of yoga mats, pillows, and blankets we provide.
