I invite you to join me for a Relaxing Candle lit Sound bath 💖Immerse yourself in an hour of beautiful sounds, frequencies and vibrations.
I will be using Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls and Pyramids, Koshi Chimes, The Shamanic Drum and other instruments, to help you bring your mind and body to a harmonic state.
Sound has a powerful influence on our emotional, physical and mental wellbeing and is a great escape from the stresses of our busy lives. Sound Bathing has many benefits, it can help to reduce stress, relieve symptoms of anxiety, remove blockages, Improve sleep and leave you feeling replenished, more focused, calm and relaxed.
What to bring :- A Yoga Mat, Cushion & Blanket. Bring Water & Wear Comfortable clothing.
