Once a month, we invite you to experience a deeper kind of rest.
As part of our weekly relaxation sessions using frequency and sound, one Tuesday each month is transformed into a special journey with crystal singing bowls and medicine drums, a sacred space to reconnect, release, and realign.
Let the pure vibrations of crystal bowls wash over you, opening and balancing the energy centres of the body, while the grounding heartbeat of the drum settles you into a calm, cantered state. These instruments work in harmony to help quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and gently guide your body into deep relaxation.
Why this session is important:
When we allow our bodies to rest deeply, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our body’s natural repair mode. These sessions:
Ease stress and tension
Support emotional balance and energy flow
Improve sleep and inner clarity
