Small Group Training is an intimate space allowing people to come together to reach their health and fitness goals, while still receiving the personal individualized attention they may need depending upon their fitness level, performance capabilities, or injuries and limitations. Participants will have access to 2 highly knowledgable and skilled trainers who specialize in performance enhancement, injury prevention, and pain mitigation so each participant can exercise safely and confidently to reach their goals.
