Closed women’s therapeutic support group will be starting in January 2025. Our regular biweekly circle is transitioning to a monthly closed group for 13 dedicated women that have been a part of the circle for many years now. The quarterly offerings will be open to everyone, and we are excited to see how this evolves in 2025! Each group is comprised of a monthly theme, self care strategy or tool, a book centered on empowerment that we will explore as a collective with time for dialogue and exploration each month.
Our 2024 dates are scheduled on the following Sundays, 11-1.
This support group is invite- only for cohesion in the group. This group is only open to my current clientele as an extension of our session work.
