Labyrinth Walk February 23rd 3 pmFree monthly guided sacred walks at the labyrinth at St. Francis by the Sea. These events are facilitated by Amanda Todd, Ph.D., a trained Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator with Sacred Way Ceremonies. The walks typically last an hour or less. Registration is requested so we can notify you in the event the walk is cancelled or is rescheduled.
The labyrinth walk is a contemplative meditation practice and a tool for transformation, personal growth and reflection.
In our time together, participants will:
• Learn a brief history of labyrinths around the world and the different patterns.
•Experience the labyrinth as a contemplative practice and moving meditation.
During a labyrinth walk the guiding format includes:
•Releasing things you have been holding onto.
•Receiving insights, messages, and inspiration.
•Returning with what you need to move forward and out into the world.
