Kimberly Coles, Career Services Coordinator at Rappahannock Community College, will share insights on the Virginia Talent + Opportunity Partnership (VTOP). She’ll explain how this program, along with Rappahannock Community College can provide organizations across the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck with valuable support while helping students fulfill key requirements for their diplomas.
