Rainbow Meditation Perth 🌈Thursday 14th August.
Please arrive by 6.20pm to settle in for a 6.30pm start.
On arrival at the glass doors of the Pride WA centre, please press the intercom button on your left so we can let you in. Use the lift, the centre is on the 1st floor.
Chairs are available. However if you'd prefer to sit or lie down please bring a sitting cushion, or a yoga style mat and pillow, and whatever personal items you need to support your practice. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Have you ever wanted to explore meditation and mindfulness in a safe and inclusive environment?
Or are you an experienced practitioner who would like to join other LGBTQI+ folk in meditation together?
Each gathering may include body tuning, breath awareness, mindfulness, differing meditation themes, and sound meditation.
We offer a friendly, casual and informal group setting. Previous meditation experience is not necessary.
Rainbow Meditation Perth was created to be a safe and inclusive space for all those within the Perth rainbow community, or visiting, interested in meditation and mindfulness.
We meet on the second Thursday evening of the month at the Pride WA centre, in the Northbridge Piazza.
