Each month we present a new style or technique of meditation, in hopes of connecting you with a tradition that truly resonates, making you more likely to practice on a regular basis. This month features a celebration of Earth Day. Join Kelly to journey back to your roots and reconnect with the rhythms of Mother Nature. In addition to gentle movement and optional seasonal aromatherapy, earthy instruments such as drums, gongs, and rattles create the perfect environment to ground, center, and rebalance, setting the stage for a profound meditation experience. It requires only the ability to listen and remain still, making it an excellent choice for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
