Yoga Masterclass is a monthly two-hour offering for dedicated students and teachers who wish to deepen, refine, and explore Yoga as a living practice.
Each month we gather in sangha to study, practice, and integrate Yoga beyond the scope of a regular asana class, cultivating clarity, discernment, and lived understanding of the teachings.
Each masterclass is dedicated to studying a specific teaching of the yogic tradition, blending extended practice, mantra, kriya, philosophy, and self enquiry to support deep study and practical integration. The intention of this offering is to create a steady space for ongoing study and connection to students to build a living relationship with Yoga.
This is a drop-in friendly offering, while also forming a continuing monthly container for those seeking depth.
