ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
Marissa Latshaw is the creator of the Empathy in Action process and founder of Latshaw Marketing where she has helped organizations of all sizes and stages lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose. Since 2015, she has partnered with for-profit and nonprofit clients across many sectors including environment, education, software, manufacturing, foundations and cultural organizations, building brands that inspire the actions needed for positive, lasting results.
Marissa’s work has recently expanded to support individual career development, helping students and working professionals navigate questions of values, purpose, direction, and identity. She is an NCDA Certified Career Services Provider and career consultant and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Fairfield University, with a focus in career development.
Across her work, Marissa believes career is a lifelong process of becoming, shaped by growth, reflection, connection, and purpose.
