Have you ever struggled to meditate?
Is this your first time meditating?
Are you a seasoned meditator?
If you said "YES" to any of these questions,
then this event is for YOU!
Join us every first Tuesday of the month to meditate on the guided Meditation on Twin Hearts.
We will teach you exactly how to relax your body and calm your mind so that you may enter a more peaceful state for meditation. Then you will be guided through a video meditation to help you experience blessings of clarity, happiness and centeredness.
This event is for all levels and people 16 years and older.
No equipment necessary, and chairs are provided for seating!
Relaxed clothing is recommended, but not required. (We're not doing burpees, folks! haha)
Please arrive hydrated, otherwise we have a purified water on tap at the office :)
