Monthly Goddess Hike (October)

Join the Camping Noire community for our empowering Monthly Goddess Hikes – a chance for women to connect, celebrate one another, and revel in the beauty of the outdoors. These hikes offer a supportive and invigorating space to challenge ourselves physically and mentally while exploring diverse trails. Expect uplifting sisterly support, inspiring conversations, and a refreshing escape into nature's embrace. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or looking to build your confidence on the trail, all are welcome to join our tribe of adventurous goddesses!

The trail we’ll blaze will be a challenging 3-mile rock scramble with steep inclines giving way to a scenic panoramic view of the Kittatinny Mountains.

HIKING DIFFICULTY: Moderate to Difficult. Approximately 3 miles from start to finish.

TERRAIN: Rock scramble with steep inclines (If you have a fear of heights, this may not be the best hike for you).

RESTROOMS. There are no restrooms or comfort stations located throughout the park.

WHAT TO BRING & WEAR. Please wear comfortable waterproof hiking boots and hiking gear, and remember to pack:

• A light jacket or wear layers
• Water
• Snacks or lunch
• Basic first aid kit (Band-Aids, antiseptic wipes, ibuprofen)
• Sunglasses & sunscreen
• Walking stick (optional but highly recommended)
• A backpack to carry it in

PARKING & MEET-UP DETAILS. All registered participants will be provided with parking and meet-up details 48 hours before the event. However, please note that we will head towards the trail promptly at 9 am, so plan accordingly.

INCLEMENT WEATHER. Updates regarding delays or event cancellations will be provided to registered hikers via email and text.

WAIVER REQUIREMENT. This is a friendly reminder that all registrants who wish to participate in any activity organized or facilitated by Camping Noire must read and sign our electronic before participating in your first event for the 2025 Season. If you do not wish to sign, you will not be permitted to attend the hike. This holds for all attendees, Camping Noire members and guests, and is implemented to ensure everyone’s safety while on the trail.

From there, proceed to CashApp to complete the payment ($CampingNoire). We will not follow up for incomplete payments, and final hike details will not be provided to unregistered hike participants, so don't hesitate to confirm receipt.
