We’re serving up a delicious spread of nourishing ingredients packed with tofu, lentils, and roasted veggies, with lemon tahini and curry yogurt sauces, all designed to fuel both your body and the planet. But we want YOU to be a part of the fun, too!Bring your favorite Earth-friendly dish to share—fresh fruit, a green salad, hearty potatoes, a cheesy side, or a sweet treat that aligns with the theme. The more variety, the better! It’s all about coming together to enjoy great food, meet new friends, and make memories while celebrating our beautiful planet.
