Come join us for a relaxing in-person session of forest bathing right here in Red Deer! It's the perfect way to unwind, connect with nature, and recharge your mind and body. No experience needed just bring yourself and get ready to soak in the peaceful vibes of the forest.

This is your invitation to slow down… to soften… to remember what it feels like to just be.

Forest bathing isn’t about hiking hard or getting anywhere. It’s about wandering gently, breathing deeper, and letting the forest meet you exactly where you’re at. We’ll move slowly through nature, waking up our senses feeling the textures of the earth, listening to the quiet (and not-so-quiet) sounds around us, and allowing space for whatever wants to rise within.

There’s no pressure to perform, share, or “do it right.” You get to show up exactly as you are whether that’s grounded, overwhelmed, curious, or somewhere in between.

Through guided moments of stillness, light invitations, and intentional pauses, you’ll begin to reconnect… not just with nature, but with yourself. The version of you that exists underneath the noise, the expectations, the constant doing.

This is a space to breathe deeper, feel more, and gently return to your own rhythm.

What to bring:
– Comfortable layers (dress for the weather)

– Something to sit on (blanket, scarf, or small mat)
