Monthly Expansion Circle with Breathwork and Sound Bowl Healing

In this Sunday afternoon circle, there is a different theme each month. We’ll begin by setting our intentions—inviting in what we desire and releasing what no longer serves us.

We then workshop and journal on a particular theme, cycle or season. Topics might include deepening your connection to your intuitive intelligence; nature/mother earth as a conscious being; manifesting your dreams; creating a life of abundance; bringing the sacred into every day; creating harmonious relationships; releasing struggles and burdens; Buddhist philosophies such as impermanence and the law of karma; or teachings from the Mary Magdalene Gospel.

From there, you receive 45 minutes of deep, conscious breathing, followed by 45 min of rejuvenation with sound bowl healing.

Come ready to let go of negative thought patterns and create more presence, ease, joy, prosperity, and fulfillment.

These circles are intimate and limited to 8 people.
