If you've never been to a drum circle, you are in for an uplifting treat. Our facilitated rhythm events at LAC are fun, community-inspired, and offer endless opportunities to connect and feel your groove.

No experience is necessary!

LAC Drum Circle

Sandra and Daniel Sabene guide the group through some hand percussion basics, and the beat goes on. The group size ranges from 20-60 people, with plenty of instruments for anyone who'd like to express some rhythmic joy! Anyone new to drumming feels welcome and often surprised with how easily they pick up the groove. We start with a guided group rhythm to help everyone get in sync. Each drum session is unique and focused on building community through creative expression. 

It's meditative, relaxing, and powerfully rejuvenating.
