Join us as we drum the beat of our hearts and rhythms of our soul sending love and gratitude out to all!
Participants can expect to experience stress relief, relaxation, social/community connection, increased energy, JOY and FUN during this wellness-based group drumming event. Feel the incredible power of intentional drumming for your own mind, body, and spiritual wellness—no experience required. Beginners welcome!
