This experience is not about diagnosis or performance; it’s about exploration, release, and alignment. Together, we use drumming and sharing as a catalyst for clarity, confidence, and inner strength.
When we drum, we synchronize body and mind, regulate our nervous system, and reconnect with our natural rhythm of life. Drumming is more than music. It’s connection and transformation—an embodied way to process energy, emotions, and insight.
What to Expect:
No drumming experience needed—everyone is welcome.
We provide drums (bring your own if you’d like).
A supportive, non-clinical environment designed for self-expression and personal growth.
We will drum, sing and share personally. Think of this like a support group.

Combining traditional psychotherapy with somatic and energy-based approaches, Samantha helps clients restore balance, resilience, and self-awareness.
Strong Heart Warriors is led by Sean Mizer, and it is more than a drum circle, Strong Heart Warriors strives to be a community of support and connection. We welcome all without judgment.
