Monthly Community Breathwork Circle

By mid-April, the seasonal shift is more visible.
There’s more light.
More movement.
More invitation toward growth.
And sometimes, with that shift, comes pressure — to move faster, to feel clearer, to have momentum.
This gathering offers space to relate to that differently.
Not by rushing into change.
Not by performing renewal.
But by staying rooted as things begin to move.
Spring doesn’t require us to bloom overnight.
It simply asks us to stay in relationship with what’s unfolding.
We’ll begin with grounding practices to help you arrive fully in the space, move into an active breathwork session supported by music, and close with integration and optional sharing.
There’s no expectation to arrive with clarity, intention, or energy.
You’re invited to come exactly as you are — whether you’re feeling open and inspired, or still carrying the weight of the past season.
This is a steady, low-pressure space to breathe, reset, and be human together.

• Carrying stress or emotional buildup
• Noticing change around you and wanting to move at your own pace
• Craving a reset but unsure where to begin

No prior breathwork experience is needed.

This space is about presence, not performance.
About practice, not perfection.
About being present together — just as we are.

Breathwork is generally safe for most people. However, certain medical or mental health conditions may make this practice unsuitable at this time.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior, 6:45 pm, and settle in with some tea. Our circle starts right at 7:00pm

• This venue is commutable within NJ and from NYC

• Bus Stop: Palisade Ave at Hutton Street (1.5 Blocks from Venue). NJ Transit lines 84 (Beregenwood to Jersey City), 86 (Union City to Jersey City), 87 (Hoboken to Jersey City), and 123 (New York Port Authority to Jersey City)
• Street parking is available with a 4 hour limit (Please allow adequate time to find parking. It can be...challenging lol)

• Please allow for extra travel time whether you're driving or commuting as traffic tends to pull in this area.
